Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Here's the shipping delivery and returns details for Mark's limited edition art prints.

FAST AND SECURE WORDWIDE SHIPPING!

 

Both printing and shipping are handled by The Print Space. All prints are shipped worldwide from their print lab in the UK or Germany.

A shipping fee is added at checkout. Please note that while this is a flat rate fee for each country/region, you will be responsible for any local tax duties. Here are the rates in different countries:

United Kingdom €6.95

Germany €6.95

Europe (EU) €14.63

Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland €19.60

United States €28.67

Canada €40.95

ROW €76.97
 

DELIVERY:

Artworks are dispatched via Royal MailDHL or Deutsche Post services, usually within 48hrs starting the day after the order has been made and will usually arrive within 5 - 10 working days. The Print Space takes great care in packaging your artwork. The fine art prints are shipped rolled in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Estimated average shipping times:

  • Europe: 3 - 10 business days

  • US and Canada: 14 business days

  • Rest of the World: Up to 14 business days


RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Should you wish to return the product within 14 days of receipt then the address for postage will be on the package. As soon as we receive the return and as long as it is labelled with the order number then we will immediately refund you the fulfilment charges back to the same card on file. We do not refund the delivery charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at markgear74@gmail.com and send your item to: Mark Gear, 14, Chemin de La Larze, Chamonix 74400, France.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
